Job summary

ORIGTEK INTELLIGENCE MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking an on-site Technical Support Engineer in Taiwan to provide hands-on troubleshooting, installation assistance, and problem solving for customers and projects. The role requires Mandarin proficiency and a degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, IT/CS, or Automation, with relevant experience.

You will support system integration, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from a Top 500 university worldwide.
• Bachelor's degree from other universities with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Information Technology / Computer Science, Automation Equipment / Industrial Automation
• Mandarin proficiency is required, as the role involves communication with customers and internal teams in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for customers and projects.
