You will develop detailed plans and budgets, monitor progress, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, on-time delivery of fiber network projects.

This role emphasizes leadership, vendor management, and ongoing optimization of network performance across expanding areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of fiberisation projects, including site surveys and feasibility studies.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring effective management.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions for deviations from the plan.
• Allocate resources—personnel, equipment, and materials—to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations for seamless execution.
• Oversee contractor work, ensuring compliance with specs, standards and safety.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to secure favorable terms.
