Job summary

PT Putramaju Global Indonesia is seeking a Ticketing and Passenger Service Officer to support ferry operations by handling reservations, ticketing, and payments with accuracy and professionalism.

You will work with operations, boarding, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless travel experience, manage passenger documentation, assist with check-in, and respond promptly to inquiries, while maintaining records and daily sales summaries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in ticketing, customer service, travel agencies, or the transportation industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations and ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail, administrative ability, and numerical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Friendly, honest, disciplined, responsible, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle ticket reservations, issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide accurate information on ferry schedules, routes, ticket prices, and travel regulations.
• Assist passengers with check-in procedures and verify identification and travel documents.
• Ensure passenger information is accurate and consistent with the departure manifest.
• Process cash and non-cash ticket payments and maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Coordinate with operations, boarding, and customer service teams to ensure smooth ferry departure operations.
• Prepare daily ticket sales reports and transaction summaries.
• Ensure ticketing activities comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate passenger records and ticketing documentation.
