Job summary

SENTAI KITCHENWARE SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team by managing quotations, coordinating orders, and assisting with enquiries and payments.

You will collaborate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely follow-up and accurate processing. Ideal candidates have experience in sales coordination or admin, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with solid Microsoft Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Admin, Purchasing, Customer Service or similar roles is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• F&B, kitchen equipment, trading or distribution experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up sales quotations accurately and promptly
• Assist Sales in replying to customer enquiries and requests
• Follow up orders with Operations and Warehouse to ensure smooth processing and delivery
• Coordinate product availability, order details and customer requirements
• Follow up outstanding payments and assist Sales with payment collection
• Monitor pending quotations, orders, deliveries and payments
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Finance
• Assist the Sales team in day-to-day coordination and follow-up
