Job summary

ZALORA SOUTH EAST Asia PTE LTD is seeking a commercially minded product developer with a strong fashion design foundation. You will balance design intent, product quality, cost and production feasibility while working directly with suppliers to manage the full development process with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include translating concepts into tech specs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing tech packs, and ensuring timely delivery of samples and bulk production.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in fashion product development or related role.
• Strong garment construction knowledge and measurements.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; basic tech drawing/garment specs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development from concept to bulk production.
• Translate sketches and mood boards into technical specs for suppliers.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Designers, Merchandisers and suppliers to develop commercially viable products.
• Prepare and maintain product development documents including tech packs and measurements.
• Source fabrics, trims, colours and construction methods meeting design, cost and quality targets.
• Review samples for design accuracy, fit and workmanship; communicate amendments to suppliers.
