• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in farming, poultry, feed mills or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficient in supplier sourcing, negotiation and cost analysis.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate purchasing requirements with farm operations and other departments.
• Source, evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate terms and prepare supplier comparisons.
• Oversee purchase orders and ensure compliance with policies and approvals.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of spare parts and essential supplies.
• Ensure timely availability of veterinary supplies, packaging materials and maintenance services.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare purchasing reports, spending analysis and supplier performance reviews.
• Supervise Purchasing Assistants and maintain procurement records.
• Collaborate with Central Procurement to improve efficiency and controls.
