Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a procurement professional to manage ongoing sourcing and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery across direct and indirect spend.

You will drive cost-saving initiatives and support all sourcing activities with cross-functional teams to optimize value and performance. You will evaluate supplier performance, negotiate terms, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a competitive supply base while upholding quality standards and delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement activities.
• Strong understanding of supplier landscapes and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience (Oracle) preferred.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sourcing and general procurement activities.
• Possess good understanding of suppliers landscapes, integrity, independent, resourceful and can drive and engage stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, highly adaptable and able to manage workload based on changing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in ERP system (Oracle) preferred.
