Foodmax in Malaysia is seeking a procurement support role focused on Meat, Poultry & Seafood. You will assist the Procurement Manager with supplier liaison, quotations, and purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.

The role involves tracking stock, assisting with reports, and coordinating with QC, warehouse and sales teams on deliveries and quality issues. Fresh graduates are welcome; English is essential and Chinese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; good with numbers and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to multitask and follow through.
• Fluent in English; Chinese communication is preferred for liaising with suppliers in China.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment needs, and track near-expiry and slow-moving stock.
• Compile daily/weekly purchasing data and assist with procurement reports and price comparisons.
• Coordinate with QC, warehouse and sales teams on deliveries, quality issues and customer feedback.
• Support new supplier onboarding, product sourcing and general admin tasks.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or above; fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in purchasing support or the food/fresh produce industry is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office, good with numbers and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to multitask and follow through
• Fluent in English (working language). Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred, as the role involves liaising with suppliers in China.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
