SunFresh Fruit Hub Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a capable Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production at our Lanchang facility. You will lead production teams, monitor output, ensure GMP/HACCP/HALAL; maintain records and drive safety and efficiency.

The role requires at least 3 years in food processing, strong leadership, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Bahasa Malaysia is preferred; English/Mandarin an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in food processing, manufacturing, or factory operations.
• Experience supervising production workers is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and MeSTI is required.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; English/Mandarin an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory production and processing activities.
• Manage production workers, including manpower allocation, work schedules, and task assignments.
• Monitor production progress to meet output targets, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and MeSTI food-safety standards.
• Monitor handling, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain production records, inventory reports, and daily documentation.
• Ensure housekeeping, equipment cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Identify operational issues and drive efficiency improvements to reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on production planning.

About Us

SunFresh Fruit Hub Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian food processing company specialising in tropical fruit processing, frozen fruit products, and OEM manufacturing.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities at our food processing facility in Lanchang, Pahang.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory production and processing activities.
• Manage production workers, including manpower allocation, work schedules, and task assignments.
• Monitor production progress to ensure output targets, product quality, and delivery timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and MeSTI.
• Monitor proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory reports, and daily operational documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, equipment cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Identify operational issues and work with management to improve production efficiency and minimise wastage.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or factory operations.
• Previous experience supervising production workers is an advantage.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards, particularly GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and MeSTI.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to prepare basic production reports and maintain operational records.
• Good leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess own transport and be willing to work in Lanchang, Pahang.
