Job description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Safety, or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or quality assurance environment is preferred.
Preferably an Executive specializing in Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Food Safety or equivalent.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Knowledge and practical understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, and food safety requirements.
Familiar with food hygiene practices, sanitation standards, and product safety control.
Preferably experience in handling internal audits, documentation control, and compliance monitoring is an advantage.
Ability to conduct food safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
Knowledge in foreign matter control, allergen control, and contamination prevention.
Able to prepare and maintain quality records, SOPs, and reports.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team environment.
