Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional to monitor operations, troubleshoot and maintain all facility systems, including DI water and wastewater treatment, HVAC, and building services.

You will coordinate vendors on site, perform preventive maintenance, and report daily on facility matters while supporting ad-hoc projects and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• >5 years experience in related field.
• Willing to work in normal or routine shifts and overtime.
• AO/A1 Chargeman certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation, troubleshoot, and maintain facility systems (DI water, wastewater, compressors, chillers, exhausts, air conditioning, building and utilities).
• Coordinate, monitor & supervise vendors on site.
• Record & analyse environmental and facility monitoring data.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions when abnormalities detected.
• Perform preventive maintenance on cleanroom machines as required.
• Daily reporting on facility-related matters to the team and management.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as needed.

Monitor operation, troubleshoot, perform maintenance and repair all facility related which include of DI water plant, waste water treatment plant, compressor, chiller, exhaust system, aircond system, building and operation plant system.

Initiating improvement and cost saving projects for the factory.

Coordinate, monitor & supervise vendors when they perform on site work.

Record & analyse environmental and facility monitoring data.

Implement corrective and preventive action when any abnormal detected.

Perform job related to plant utilities & facility equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical system, wiring & installation up to 415V.

Comply with all safety procedures & requirements.

Handle Waste Water Treatment operation and schedule waste.

Perform Preventive Maintenance task for cleanroom machines when required.

Daily reporting on facility related to team & management.

Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when necessary.

Job Requirement :

• Diploma or Advance Diploma in Engineering(Electrical)
• >5 years experience in related field
• Willing to work in normal shift or routine shifts and support overtime when required.
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Fundamental of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Having AO / A1 Chargeman certification will be an added advantage.
