Job summary

Concentrix in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Facilities Manager to monitor and maintain office and call center facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operations and safety compliance. You will perform inspections of electrical systems, UPS, HVAC, air conditioning, lighting and power distribution; coordinate with vendors; respond to emergencies; and keep maintenance records.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years in facilities management, strong

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably within a call center/BPO environment.
• Good knowledge of UPS systems, HVAC systems, Air Conditioning systems, Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, Building facilities management.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
