Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of facilities management experience in banking/financial services or corporate environments
• Experience managing helpdesk operations or customer service functions

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of bank premises, including offices and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness and functionality
• Coordinate space planning, moves, and furniture procurement to optimize space utilization
• Manage facilities helpdesk, log and resolve tickets, and provide timely support to staff
• Assist in budgeting, invoices, POs, and monthly reconciliations for facility spending
• Manage vendor relationships, obtain quotations, and ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across facilities
• Prepare periodic facility reports and support audits
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Operations and Security on cross-functional facility matters
