Job summary

Lion Group is seeking a Maintenance Support role to assist the Maintenance Executive/Manager in managing building maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor coordination, and maintenance documentation for HQ and retail operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical or Building Services and a PW3 Wireman certificate, with solid knowledge of M&E systems and strong MS Office skills. You should communicate well, work independently, and learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Building Services is required.
• PW3 wireman certificate or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Executive/Manager in managing building maintenance.
• Support statutory compliance (OSHA, Bomba, Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
• Coordinate with store operations and contractors on maintenance issues.
• Compile maintenance documentation, checklists, lighting stock, warranties, and budget monitoring.

Job Summary

Support the Maintenance Executive/Manager in managing building maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor coordination, and maintenance documentation for HQ and retail operations.

Responsibilities:

• To assist Maintenance Executive/Manager on general repair works mainly at HQ
• Assisting in compliance to all statuary requirements (Eg Osha, Bomba, Suruhanjaya Tenaga)
• Liaise with store operations regarding any maintenance issues arise, to proposed for solution
• Liaise with contractor, coordinate any rectification together with store & contractor.
• To manage maintenance documentation compilation, checklist reports, lighting stock & warranty monitoring, M&E contract agreement and budget monitoring & cost analysis.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Electrical or Building Services.
• Possess Wireman in PW3 certificate or Equivalent.
• Possess basic knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Fast learner with the ability to communicate well with individuals at all level.
• Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
