Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Kuching to oversee a team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. This role sits within the Facilities Management function, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

You’ll manage daily activities, liaise with landlords, tenants, and service providers, arrange maintenance, review data, and guide the team to meet objectives while modeling CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Liaise between landlord, tenants and service providers and ensure procedures, policies, and reporting formats are followed.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance and progress reports to management.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Assess new vendors by cost and benefits through market research.
• Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives and improve efficiency.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
