The role covers utilities and facility systems including electrical distribution, air compressors, boilers and steam systems, HVAC, chilled water, dehumidifiers, dust collection systems, water supply, fire protection, building infrastructure and waste management.

Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Supervise technicians and lead maintenance and improvement activities.

Perform breakdown troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Drive improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, safety, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

a) Education & Experience
