Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking an entry-level Facilities Support Officer to assist in the Facility department's task management and to build strong communication with all staff.

You will support monitoring of Planned Preventive Maintenance, track KPIs, review EHSMS risk assessments, and help document purchase and audit paperwork. This is an agency/temporary role based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below at application
• Some electrical knowledge is an advantage
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitment

Responsibilities

• Assist in Facility department task management.
• Build communication between Facility and staff; manage Work Order requests.
• Assist Senior Technician(s) in monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Review monthly Risk & Opportunity and Risk assessment for EHSMS to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor Facility KPIs (WO requests, utility consumption, waste and paper usage).
• Monitor budget thresholds for Facility & Security department.
• Document Facility & Security paperwork (PR, PO, Invoice, etc.).
• Support energy-saving tasks and coordinate with supervisor.
• Compile Facility & Security documentation for audits.
