Airbus Helicopters Malaysia is seeking an entry-level professional to join the Facility department on a temporary agency basis in Selangor. You will assist in task management, communicate across teams, and support PM activities to ensure schedules are met.

Responsibilities include monitoring EHSMS compliance, KPI tracking, and handling facility documentation. This role emphasizes collaboration and adherence to safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Facility department with task management.
• Build communication between Facility and staff and manage work order requests.
• Assist in monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance and keep on schedule.
• Review risk and opportunity and EHSMS compliance monthly.
• Monitor KPIs for Facility (WO requests, utilities, waste, paper).
• Document Facility & Security paperwork (PR/PO/Invoices).
• Support Senior Technician and provide weekly updates.
• Monitor electricity and water consumption; coordinate energy saving tasks.

Job Description:

• Assisting in Facility department's task management.
• Building strong form of communication between the Facility department with every other staff personnel, including managing Facility's Work Order (WO) requests.
• Assisting Senior Technician(s) in monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), to ensure all tasks are on schedule.
• Monthly reviewing Risk & Opportunity and Risk assessment for Environmental Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Monitoring KPIs for the Facility department (Work Order (WO) requests, utility consumption, waste generation & paper usages, etc.).
• Monitoring budget thresholds of the Facility & Security department.
• Documenting Facility & Security department's paperwork (Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Invoice, etc.).
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting superior.
• To build strong communication between Facility department and all staff including managing Facilities work order request.
• To support Senior Technician on monitoring Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and ensure schedule is on track and provide weekly update.
• Review periodically in monthly basis Risk & Opportunity and Risk assessment for EHSMS and ensure SAE compliance with all regulations.
• To monitor KPI for Facility Department (Work Order Request, Utility consumption, Waste generation & Paper usage.
• To monitor & ensure Facility technician & security guards follow their task and PM activity.
• To compile Facility & Security documentation as require for Audit.
• Monitor on the electricity usage and water consumption.
• Coordinate with supervisor on the energy saving task / activity.
• ECO bin and rubbish to monitor with vendor.
• Schedule waste management , update the all the waste generation date and the tract the monthly quantity.

Qualification Requirements

• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below (at the point of application).
• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Degree in Mechatronic Engineering with minimum CGPA 3.0
• Applicant must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary is not in par with market rate.
• Some experience on electrical knowledge is advantage.
