Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. seeks an entry-level Occupational Safety & Health specialist to assist in safety tasks, incident recording, data updates, and meeting support.

The role also involves GEMBA walks, documentation upkeep, and coordinating safety briefings with the OSH leader for both fresh hires and contractors. Ideal candidate holds a related bachelor degree, is Malaysian, and meets the stated age and salary conditions.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below at the time of application.
• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environment Health, Safety Program, or Business Admin/Management with minimum CGPA 3.0.
• Applicant must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary is not in par with market rate.

Responsibilities

• To support and assist in Safety management tasks
• To support in meeting preparations
• To record any incident report in system and update in SAFER system
• Filing and updating data collection
• To assist and support ad hoc request from superior
• To jointly conduct the GEMBA for EHS , update in the existing report in google drive.
• Update all the document necessary as per direction of superior on the safety board .
• Coordinate the safety briefing together with the OSH leader for the fresh and contractor.
