Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking an entry level Safety & EHS support role located in Malaysia.

The role involves assisting in safety management tasks, meeting preparation, incident reporting, and data filing. You will work with the OSH leader to coordinate safety briefings for fresh hires and contractors in a temporary agency capacity. The position emphasizes integrity and awareness of compliance risks as a foundation for Airbus' success and sustainable growth, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below at application.
• Min. Education: Bachelor in Occupational Safety & Health, EHS or related with CGPA 3.0.
• Unemployed after graduation or salary not in par with market rate.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in Safety management tasks.
• Assist in meeting preparations.
• Record incident reports in system and update SAFER system.
• Filing and updating data collection.
• Assist and support ad hoc requests from superior.
• Jointly conduct GEMBA for EHS and update reports in Google Drive.
• Coordinate safety briefings with OSH leader for new hires and contractors.

• To support and assist in Safety management tasks
• To support in meeting preparations
• To record any incident report in system and update in SAFER system
• Filing and updating data collection
• To assist and support ad hoc request from superior
• To jointly conduct the GEMBA for EHS , update in the existing report in google drive.
• Update all the document necessary as per direction of superior on the safety board .
• Coordinate the safety briefing together with the OSH leader for the fresh and contractor.

Qualification Requirements

• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below (at the point of application).
• Min. Education: Bachelor in Occupational Safety & Health, environment health, safety program, Business Admin / Management with minimum CGPA of 3.0
• Applicant must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary is not in par with market rate.
