Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager for the Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia site to oversee workplace services, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. You will manage all hard and soft services, drive preventive maintenance, and lead a site FM team along with contractors to deliver excellence.

The role requires 5–10 years in facilities management, with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and MEP systems, and a track record in safety and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in technical facilities management, preferably in manufacturing environments with at least 3 years in a client-facing TFM role.
• Professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, or equivalent technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight of facility operations to ensure systems and services are fully operational.
• Coordinate hard and soft services to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead site FM team members and vendors, ensuring safety and compliance.
