Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of facilities management experience, multi-site exposure.
• Knowledge of Malaysian building regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of banking facilities across Petaling Jaya.
• Manage hard and soft services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor service level agreements with vendors.
