Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee and optimize operations for banking facilities in Petaling Jaya. You will lead multi-site teams, manage MEP systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering excellent employee and customer experiences.

The role emphasizes budget control, vendor management, and project coordination with architects and engineers to achieve cost-efficient, high-quality facilities success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Property Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or similarly regulated industry preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of facilities management experience, with multi-site oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of banking facilities, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Manage hard and soft services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, security, landscaping and waste.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to issues to minimize disruption.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and manage vendor performance.
