Job summary

Neofrontier Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Operation cum Maintenance Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role oversees day-to-day operations and the maintenance of properties, ensuring safety, quality and tenant satisfaction.

The candidate should have 1–3 years' facilities management experience, a relevant diploma or certificate, and strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, AC) with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Facilities Management or related field required.
• 1–3 years' experience in facilities management or property maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of building systems incl. electrical, mechanical, plumbing, AC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on building systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with contractors.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs and inspections.
