Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure uninterrupted services.
• Lead site-based FM team and manage external vendors.
• Coordinate hard and soft services with emphasis on safety and cost control.
• Develop SOPs, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage maintenance planning, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Report on KPIs, incidents, and risk mitigation to stakeholders.
