CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings, leading a team of technicians and coordinators.

You will manage budgets, coordinate repairs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive operational efficiency across diverse assets. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on facility management experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in facilities management.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employees, monitor training, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule and manage daily activities; set work schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest efficiencies and upgrades.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Review supplier quotes for parts, services, and labor; manage invoicing.
