Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching and performance evaluation.
• Ability to guide sensitive information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and department effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee recruitment and development.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Assist team with operations and maintenance issues.
• Direct contractors, subcontractors and engineers on maintenance aspects.
• Supervise daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
• Support annual operating budgets and manage O&M costs for the location.
• Schedule maintenance activities in line with client requirements.
• Analyze KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
