CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Ops Manager to lead a team responsible for the mechanical and electrical operations of a facility, campus, or portfolio. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, safety, and reliability while coordinating with clients and external contractors.

The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, budgeting, and continuous improvement. You will align technical activities with CBRE standards and client requirements, driving performance and efficiency across

Competenze

Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
Membership of an engineering body (e.g., CIBSE/IEE) preferred.
Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management.

Mansioni

Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct evaluations and oversee recruitment.
Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff.
Assist team with operations and maintenance issues and resolve day-to-day problems.
Direct contractors, subcontractors, and engineers on maintenance aspects.
Supervise daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
Support annual operating budgets and manage location-specific O&M costs.
