Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a defined contract, owning P&L and delivering hard and soft FM services. You will build a high-performing team, manage supplier performance, and partner with stakeholders to ensure service excellence while meeting financial commitments.

You will drive governance, reporting, and client communications, overseeing operations, safety, and continuous improvement across the account. A degree in FM and 4+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years hands-on facilities operations experience
• Experience managing in a large corporate environment
• Experience with critical building systems and incident handling
• OSH understanding, ISO 45001 exposure preferred
• Supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of FM delivery software (CMMS)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the account team to deliver full FM services
• Manage financial plans, revenue and profit delivery, and cost controls
• Ensure governance, compliance, and policy adherence across the contract
• Drive customer engagement and reporting aligned with contractual commitments
• Oversee operations: PM, reactive maintenance, vendor services, help desk, and soft services
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team
• Own retention, renewal planning and opportunities for growth
