Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support clients, vendors, and contractors in completing facility tasks and work orders. The role focuses on operations support to Property Managers, ensuring repairs and investment plans are executed efficiently.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering or Facilities Management and at least two years of related experience, plus strong MS Office skills and basic math ability. This position is based in Malaysia, Selangor, Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management required.
• Minimum 2 years in facilities industry or equivalent experience.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for calculating figures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to complete work orders and facility tasks.
• Acknowledge inquiries and collect/work orders from clients.
• File and maintain work orders, proposals, and department paperwork.
• Monitor activities outside the building including waste disposal and recycling where applicable.
• Follow procedures and reporting formats with clear communication.
• Provide information and respond to routine inquiries or complaints.
