Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities, schedules, tasks, and deadlines.
• Manage technical training requirements and staff skill assessments.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and contract expansion opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with licenses and certifications; prepare audit records.
• Maintain metrics and deliver timely reports to the Site Manager.
