METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Facilities Executive to oversee daily office operations, ensure a safe, efficient workspace, and coordinate maintenance with vendors in Petaling Jaya. The role emphasizes compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, handle office services like pantry and reception, and plan events while delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of facilities management experience; fresh graduates may apply.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring cleanliness and full functionality.
• Coordinate maintenance with external vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency regulations.
• Manage office services, pantry, reception, and meeting room logistics.
• Organize company events and conferences.
