Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator to manage on-site facilities services at the ByteDance site in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, monitor energy use and building systems, and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.

You will lead a team, train staff, and collaborate with the regional account team to enhance skills and performance. You should bring a Diploma in Facilities Management or related field, strong English, and excellent

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in built environment with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general handyman tasks.
• Experience in a similar coordination role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional on-site facilities management and client service.
• Ensure preventive and reactive maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Manage maintenance database and work orders; monitor budgets.
• Supervise during major works to ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct root cause analysis on faults and coordinate with technicians.
• Perform regular site inspections to maintain building procedures.
• Coordinate operations between property owners, tenants, vendors and stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Schedule routine inspections, maintenance and repairs.
• Build strong vendor relationships, obtain quotes, negotiate SLAs.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Provide regular facility performance reports to management.
