Job summary

You will plan and coordinate development and improvement projects, review building conditions for safety and reliability, monitor progress against schedule and budget, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or any related field.
• Familiar with infrastructure development and facility management projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building systems and facility maintenance.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and management of infrastructure and building facilities.
• Plan, propose, and coordinate infrastructure and building development, upgrading, and improvement projects.
• Review and assess building conditions, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure functionality, safety, and reliability.
• Monitor construction and maintenance project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule, budget, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Identify facility-related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
