Job summary

Harta Maintenance Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Facilities Manager (Building Maintenance) to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance of building facilities across all systems.

You will lead preventive maintenance, supervise mechanical, electrical, and civil services, manage budgets and contractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain documentation for asset registers and service records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of facilities management or related field.
• CIDB F01 certified Facility Management Manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil/building services.
• Experience in managing maintenance contractors and budgets.
• Willing to work outside normal hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building facilities and maintenance operations.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Building Services systems.
• Monitor contractors and ensure SLAs.
• Coordinate emergency response and incident management.
• Maintain documentation and asset records.
• Plan annual maintenance budgets.
