Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Technical Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to guide a team delivering cross-functional engineering and maintenance programs. You will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems within a facilities management context.

The role requires an Engineering Diploma/ Degree with 4–5 years in facilities management, strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance, and experience liaising with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Engineering Diploma/ Degree with 4–5 years of facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical maintenance.
• Liaise with Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia for fire safety compliance and FC renewal.
• Experience in energy management and regulatory compliance.
• Prior supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Physical ability to lift/carry heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
