Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Manage operations and maintenance for assigned facilities and budgets.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and maintain safety manuals.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and technicians.
• Oversee building systems including fire, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues.
