Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facility Engineer (Department In-Charge) to lead the maintenance of our Pasir Gudang/Kluang plant. You will manage facilities, utilities and maintenance activities, plan preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns, and supervise technicians and contractors.

Responsibilities include monitoring utilities consumption, implementing energy-saving initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years in facility or maintenance management.
• Experience with factory utilities and energy management.
• REM certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory facilities, utilities and maintenance activities.
• Plan preventive maintenance and troubleshoot facility breakdowns.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate contractors.
• Monitor electricity, water and other utility consumption.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports for Management.
