Job summary

ENG TEKNOLOGI SDN. BHD. is seeking a Facility Lead to manage building services, utilities, and maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. The role oversees improvement projects and coordination with contractors.

Responsibilities include budget monitoring, safety compliance, and leading facility technicians. The candidate should have a related degree and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Qualifications

5 years+ experience in facilities, building maintenance, or industrial maintenance.
Experience leading a team or coordinating contractors.
Degree in FM, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead daily facility operations, including maintenance of electrical, HVAC, water, and other utilities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for facility equipment and infrastructure.
Coordinate contractors to complete work safely, on time, and within budget.
Prepare and monitor facility budgets and project expenses.
Ensure facilities comply with safety, environmental, fire protection, and regulatory requirements.
