INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facility Engineer (Department In-Charge) to lead the maintenance of our Pasir Gudang/Kluang plant. You will manage facilities, utilities and maintenance activities, plan preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns, and supervise technicians and contractors.

Responsibilities include monitoring utilities consumption, implementing energy-saving initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years in facility or maintenance management.
• Experience with factory utilities and energy management.
• REM certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility or maintenance management.

Experience in factory utilities and energy management.

Possess Registered Energy Manager (REM) certification is an added advantage.

Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to work independently and manage the department.
