Job summary

CBRE seeks a Facilities Coordinator in Kuching, Malaysia to work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed. This role supports the Facilities Management function with repairs and investment planning, under supervision.

You will interact with landlords, tenants and service providers, handle inquiries, coordinate work orders, and help monitor waste disposal and adherence to procedures, using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and service providers to follow procedures and reporting formats.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to track performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals and department paperwork from vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions, brief communications and memos, and seek clarification when needed.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, colleagues and supervisors.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Deliver outputs by following defined procedures under close supervision.
• Contribute to defined duties and processes with clear methods and tasks.
