Job summary

Hirehub Group in Senai, Johor is seeking a General Administration Executive to oversee corporate administration, facilities, security, and employee welfare to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.

The role requires hands-on planning, strong communication, and a Service-oriented approach to manage vendors, events, and site services while supporting a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in General Administration, Facilities Management, or Workplace Administration, preferably in manufacturing.
• SPM or Certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of corporate administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and security administration.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office housekeeping, facility maintenance, hygiene, pest control, and waste management.
• Ensure workplace compliance with EHS and 6S standards through regular inspections.
• Manage employee, contractor, and visitor access control, including ID badge administration.
• Coordinate security services and ensure effective site security.
• Manage employee welfare, uniforms, lockers, pantry facilities, and workplace amenities.
• Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and administrative consumables.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
