Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a General Administration Executive for its Senai, Johor facility to oversee corporate administration, facilities, and workplace services. The role focuses on safety, maintenance, and employee welfare to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities include managing housekeeping, vendor coordination, access control, security, and procurement of office consumables, while coordinating events and training programs to support employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in General Administration/Facilities/Workplace Administration, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of corporate administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and security administration.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office housekeeping, facility maintenance, hygiene, pest control, and waste management.
• Ensure workplace compliance with EHS and 6S standards through regular inspections.
• Manage employee, contractor, and visitor access control, including ID badge administration.
• Coordinate security services and ensure effective site security.
• Manage employee welfare, uniforms, lockers, pantry facilities, and workplace amenities.
• Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and administrative consumables.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
