Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a quality assurance professional to ensure customer and company quality across manufacturing and inspection steps. You will lead quality plan implementation through data collection and analysis and assist QA Engineers with NPI builds and FA activities.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic engineering, 5 years in manufacturing/QA, and strong knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, RoHS, REACH and IPC standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent engineering.
• 5 years working experience in manufacturing & quality assurance.
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, RoHS and REACH
• Experience with IPC 610, 600 and Failure analysis.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Able to work overtime and shifts.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Assure customers and company quality across manufacturing and inspection.
• Lead quality plan implementation through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure FA reports are compiled and closed with required data.
• Assist QA Engineer with NPI build follow-up and QA build.
• Perform FA analysis based on customer or internal issues.
• Conduct inspections for Module and Higher level products.
• Inspect incoming materials against IPC standards and specifications.
• Perform visual inspection on all products.
• Verify product conformity against process and product documentation.
• Assist QA Engineer in daily production quality issues, data and FA activities.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible for assuring all customers and company quality expectations are being satisfied at all manufacturing and inspection process steps and identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities.

Lead quality plan implementation through data compilation and analysis.

Ensure the FA reports is compiled, updated correctly and proper closure by ensuring respective process is providing the required data information.

Assist QA Engineer to perform NPI build follow up and quality assurance build.

Perform FA analysis based on customer or internal process issue.

Responsible for performing inspections associated with Module and Higher level products, while keeping quality and efficiency at the highest priority

Performs inspection/measurement on incoming materials against IPC standards and incoming specification as required.

Performs required VISUAL inspection on all products.

Verifies product conformity against process and product documentation.

Assist QA Engineer in daily production Quality issues, Edata, FAI report, FA Lab and other assignments.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent engineering.

5 years working experience in manufacturing & quality assurance.

Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, RoHS and REACH

Experience with IPC 610, 600 and Failure analysis.

Able to use the computer including MS Office applications.

Able to support overtime and work in shift.

Working independently and with minimum supervisions.

Show strong leadership and self-driven motivation to achieve excellent result.
