Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a guest-focused F&B service associate in Malacca to greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean dining environment in line with hotel standards.

Experience in busy hotel restaurants or resorts is preferred, with strong communication and a friendly, patient demeanor for handling guest requests and issues. Rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hotel restaurant, resort, or high-volume dining establishment.
• Exceptional communication, a friendly demeanor, and the patience to handle guest complaints or special requests.
• Capacity to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings or late nights.
