Job summary

Geo Resort Sdn. Bhd. in Genting Highlands is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily F&B operations and ensure guest satisfaction across multiple outlets in this new 5‑star resort.

Candidates should hold a Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, F&B Management or related field, with 2–3 years’ experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to work under pressure, including shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate staff.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Able to work under pressure and handle guest complaints.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
