Job summary

GEO Resort & Hotel is a newly established, 5-star destination located in Genting Highlands, featuring 252 rooms, 5 restaurants, piano lounge, 2 heated pools, gym, Zumba & Yoga room, Spa, banquet and conference facilities.

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager with a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field and 3–5 years of F&B experience to lead our team, ensure high standards of food safety, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or F&B Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
