Job summary

Kundasang Aquafarm in Sabah is seeking a Senior Supervisor F&B to oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth service and high standards across outlets. You will lead frontline staff, manage schedules and coordinate with management to deliver a memorable guest experience.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or related field, 2–3 years in F&B, leadership skills, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, F&B, Hospitality or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations.
• Experience as Supervisor/Senior Supervisor is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Disciplined, responsible and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department
• Ensure operations and customer service run smoothly
• Supervise, guide and monitor performance of F&B staff
• Arrange work schedules and ensure adequate workforce
• Ensure hygiene standards, food safety and SOP compliance
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Monitor stock of food, beverages and equipment
• Help control operational costs and wastage
• Provide operational reports to management
• Carry out other tasks directed by management
