Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated F&B Supervisor to support daily operations at our Malacca venue. You will assist the F&B Manager, supervise service staff, and ensure smooth service delivery during events and shifts.

You will uphold hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance, monitor stock usage, handle customer feedback, and contribute to banquets and special events with a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Able to supervise, guide and motivate a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, hygiene standards and SOP compliance.
• Possess Food Handler Training Certificate and valid Typhoid vaccination.
• Possess HACCP / food safety certification will be an added advantage.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
