Job summary

Orbit World Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable individual to join our Kuala Lumpur team as an F&B supervisor. You will support daily outlet operations, guide service crews, and ensure top-notch customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in the F&B industry, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You will help with staff scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in daily outlet operations.
• Supervise and guide service crew to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Handle staff scheduling and manpower planning.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering & inventory control.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP standards are followed.
